SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states. Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped from our facility.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers will see available shipping options at checkout. Please note:

  • Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout
  • You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery
  • We use DHL and UPS shipping services with tracking numbers for international orders

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.

Shipping Restrictions We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain products. Some items may have shipping restrictions based on destination.
